At the time of shipment of the goods, the Customer will receive an e-mail notice containing the shipment tracking code.

Shipping costs depend on your residential address and are calculated automatically by the system at check-out.

For customized products, delivery times are 8 weeks, while for products in stock available, delivery takes place within a maximum of one week starting from the order.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw without giving any specific reason within 14 days of receipt of the Product and to receive a full refund of the price of the Products excluding delivery costs.The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the right of withdrawal it is excluded with reference to all personalized items as required by art. 59 of the customer code. Therefore, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised with reference to non-customized spare parts.ate.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Product must be returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts no later than 10 working days from the next notification to Exept. The Products must be intact, opened by the Customer after delivery, the Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged. In any case, the exercise of the right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for people who purchase the Product for purposes not related to a business, commercial, craft or professional activity: therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by Customers who download VAT on purchases or where there is an entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity. The shipping costs for returning the Product to Exept are charged to the Customer.nte.

Exept guarantees that the Products are free of any discrepancy / defect in accordance with Italian laws.

For bespoke bikes, Exept also protects its customers by offering a limited lifetime warranty for the first owner on the frame, which covers any damage due to manufacturing, material and production process defects. In case of problems found on the frame, the Customer can contact Exept directly who, after the appropriate checks, will evaluate the repair or replacement of the product.

For NON-customized products, the warranty is valid for the first 2 years from purchase.

Yes, after the purchase it is necessary to send a request for activation of the guarantee by writing to: customerservice@exept.cc indicating Name, surname, email, date of purchase, invoice number and product serial number.

PAYMENTS

There are different payment methods per product. For stock products we ask for advance payment, for customized products we offer different financing solutions.

Yes, it is. Exept has an agreement with Santander. If you want to apply for financing, please contact us at customerservice@exept.cc to receive all the information you need. In case of interest, Exept will send you a custom quote, which should be subsequently approved by the affiliated holding company, after the acquisition of the documents of identity and income of the customer. The financing is currently reserved only to customers resident in Italy.
